Standard Rooms

All of our rooms are now non-smoking!  Smoking is not permitted in any room or on any patio or balcony.  We do appreciate your compliance and your regard for your fellow guests. 

Our Standard Rooms are getting new electric baseboard heat, new ocean-side doors, new carpeting, new bathroom fixtures and more.  Our renovations are ongoing but we expect to re-open them May 1, 2012.  

Note:  Some of our Standard Rooms, such as the one pictured above, have partially obstructed ocean views.  In the rate schedule below, the lower rate applies to these rooms (there are only three, #7, #8, #9).  For a Standard Room with a King bed (Rooms #1 and #3), please add $10 to the higher price.

2012 Rates

• A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends, Memorial Day through Halloween, and a 3-night minimum on selected holiday weekends.

• Rates do not include state and local lodging taxes of 11.7%

• Rates based on two guests, each additional person please add $10.00.  Children under 11 stay free!
